Welcome to INKDEN. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using INKDEN, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

INKDEN is an AI-powered tattoo design and try-on application. Users can generate tattoo designs using artificial intelligence, preview designs on their skin using photos, and save designs to their account.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use INKDEN. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. Tokens & Purchases

Token System: INKDEN uses a token-based system. Each design generation or try-on action consumes tokens. New users receive 100 free tokens.

Purchasing Tokens: Additional tokens can be purchased through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Subscriptions: Pro subscriptions provide monthly token allocations. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Refunds: All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support channels.

No Transfer: Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload to INKDEN. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of providing our services (tattoo try-on rendering). We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content or generated designs.

6. AI-Generated Content

Designs generated by AI are created based on your descriptions. You may use generated designs for personal purposes, including sharing with tattoo artists. We do not guarantee that generated designs are unique or free from similarity to existing works.

The INKDEN app, its design, features, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

INKDEN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will meet your expectations, that the try-on feature will perfectly represent how a tattoo will look, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INKDEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with tattoo results based on our designs.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@inkden.app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
